How to Annoy Me: Call me by my name when I’m at work. Just because they force me to wear a name tag, that does not mean I want you using my name when you don’t know me. It’s creepy.

Random Quirk: When I wash my hands, I have to take off my rings, wash my hands, thoroughly dry them, put on lotion, then put my rings back on. I can’t stand to have water under my rings when the rest of my hands are dry.

At a restaurant I used to frequent, the wait-staff were told to wear other people’s name tags by management (I only knew because I knew a waitress). Not a bad policy.

That is a fantastic idea! I may see if I can get a different name tag printed up with a different name. I don’t like strangers knowing my name *and* where I work.
