One set of footprints
All that I see
Why did You leave?
You’re what I

Needed You see
But You left me be
When I needed You most
I look at the coast

And on the shore
Your prints are no more
There’s only one
Hope You had fun

When You left me cold
In my night of the soul
I didn’t feel whole
Because You weren’t there

Didn’t You care?
You counted the hairs
on my head
But in that night

You left me for dead
The things You said
Didn’t ring true
So where were You?

I see
Only one
Just me
